Scrambled Egg Cups
Serves: 9
  • 8 Eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • dashes of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of parsley
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prep muffin tins by spraying with cooking oil.
  2. Whisk Together eggs and milk. Add in salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix.
  3. Mix in cheddar cheese.
  4. Scoop mixture into the muffin tins, filling each ⅔ of the way. Top with crumbled bacon.
  5. Bake in the oven for 13 minutes (or until the eggs are cooked through).
