While traveling this weekend, I got to partake in one of my favorite pastimes: Looking through SkyMall. And while they had all of their traditional over-the-top products, I noticed many items catering to the geek. Take a look at some of these:
Although these are still fairly overpriced trinkets, it’s exciting to see something other than dog steps or giant lawn sculptures for sale! When you’re traveling this summer, keep an eye out for SkyMall and see what other kinds of quirky treasures you can find.
I’ve seen that R2D2 at work! the things pretty smart and funny beeping and booping down the hall. I agree though Skymalls come a long way…though I’m glad they still keep the quirky stuff! 🙂
