The cover features Peruvian dish Lomo Saltado, which comes from a unique culinary tradition called Chifa – a hybrid food invented by Chinese immigrants who settled in Peru around the turn of the 20th century. We can’t wait for you to try it!

The Lomo Saltado was one of my favorite new dishes after creating the recipes–you can’t go wrong with steak and fries over rice! I’m drooling just thinking about it.
